
Wow. What a weekend. 2 hockey practices, 3 birthday parties, 1 karate class, 1 dance class, Monster Truck show, dinner party..... Lots of stuff happening with the Schramayr clan!
When you have a weekend like I did and you absolutely want to do SOME exercise, do THIS!
While the oatmeal was cooking and the eggs were boiling this morning, I did 20 bodyweight squats, 20 pushups and 20 crunches. Then I repeated the whole thing 4 times. It took about 7 minutes and I had completed 80 squats, 80 pushups and 80 crunches.
Not bad, eh? You ALWAYS have time to do something.
