Well after spending the better part of week in Marco Island in Florida it is back to work and back to the deep freeze of Southern Ontario in February.
As strange as this may sound, I am actually excited to be back. I missed my hockey game last week and missed my son scoring another goal in his game! I guess you can say that I am a winter guy.
Florida was really amazing. I was networking with Phil Kaplan and the Be Better Project. Phil is the greatest personal fitness educator in the world today. His ideas and plans on both a business and training level are always waaaaay outside the box. His track record speaks for itself and I consider it an honour to call him both a mentor and a friend.
Oh yeah, we also had one heck of a Super Bowl Party in Goodland Florida, which looks kind of like a bar that Mickey Rourke would be hanging out in for a movie role!
