Yum!

Here's an idea for a quick, healthy, supportive mini-meal that I had today.

Take a whole wheat/ flax tortilla. Spread about 2tbsp. of Almond Butter on it and place apple slices on the "butter". Roll it up and enjoy with a glass of skim milk.


mmmmmm.......... mmmmmmmmmmm..... good!
