Little things

Sometimes the answer is so obvious that it seems ridiculous to even mention it! Three times this week, clients have asked me how they are supposed to eat all day if they are on the road! Remember the 3 P's.

Plan, Prepare and Pack.

Think about where you will be, plan what you could eat and then prepare it (the night before) and then pack it!

If you don't already have one, you MUST get a lunch bag that can keep foods cool. You can have food with you for every 3 hours that will keep you moving in the direction of your goals. If you are trying to eat supportively and have a real life, you should also get yourself a shaker bottle for mixing up meal replacement shakes. They are not to be used instead of food, but, rather as a supplement to your great supportive eating attempts.

Nobody said it would be easy, but, you either do the necessary things and succeed or don't...... and don't.
