He must have sold his soul..........again.

The favourite workout song of the year for 2007 at All Canadian Fitness has been "I Don't Wanna Stop" by Ozzy Osbourne. If it doesn't win a Grammy for "Best Song", something is wrong! Anyway, last night I caught VH-1 Salutes Ozzy Osbourne on TV and there he was singing our fave tune. I have to say, Ozzy looked incredible. Whatever he has been doing (apparently working out), it seems to be working. For a guy in his 60's that has lived his life, you've got to admire his fire, drive and enthusiasm. Hats off to the Ozzman! May he "never stop".

"All my life, I've been over the top. I don't know what I'm doing all I know is.... I don't wanna stop!" -John "Ozzy" Osbourne

My family spent the last few days in the Kawartha Lakes Region in Northern Ontario. Talk about a ton of snow! Wow. That feels like Christmas I tell you.

Growing up in Quebec, I have always had an affinity for colder weather and for lots of snow. I think if we are going to have winter, it should be WINTER!!! if you know what I mean. We should have some fun with it. Which is what we did up north.

To continue to really enjoy the feasting and the loafing over the holidays, it is important to break things up with some activity and at least a few healthy meals. Luckily for me, my sister Stef is a regular workout person and she and I decided to keep things moving over the holidays. We planned out a workout that would take us about 45 minutes one morning and threw together a list of 7 exercises (Medicine Ball Chopper, Leg Cranks, Pushups, Ab Wheel, Dips, Hip Bridges, Bike or Treadmill) that we ran through three times as a circuit and hit it hard for the whole time. Later on in the day, we strapped on snowshoes and trekked out over Pigeon Lake for 2 hours. I have never snowshoed before, but, loved it and can't wait to go out again!
